Mr. Boldrini brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his role as the CEO of Kraton Corporation. With a distinguished career in the chemical industry, he has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership and a deep understanding of the business landscape.
Before assuming his current position, Mr. Boldrini served as the CEO of the Pine Chemicals business; before that, he served as Senior Vice President and President of Kraton Pine Chemicals starting in April 2017. In this capacity, he successfully led and directed Kraton’s Pine Chemical business, overseeing the operations of Pine Adhesives and Chemical Intermediates. His strategic vision and industry knowledge have driven growth and achieved outstanding organizational results.
Before joining Kraton, Mr. Boldrini held senior-level roles at renowned companies such as Houghton International, Hexion/Momentive, Ashland, Quaker Chemical, and Unilever/Unichema. His diverse experiences in senior positions and international joint venture boards have provided invaluable insights and a global perspective on the chemical industry.
Mr. Boldrini holds a Master’s in Chemistry from the University of Milan, Italy, and an MBA from Bocconi University, Milan. His educational background combines technical expertise and strong business acumen.
As the CEO of Kraton Corporation, Mr. Boldrini’s proven leadership, industry experience, and unwavering commitment to sustainability will drive the company forward. Torsten is an accomplished professional who joined Kraton in 2013, assuming the position of Business Manager for Cariflex in Kraton’s Polymers business, successfully managing the business.
In 2016, Torsten transitioned to the Pine Chemicals business as Vice President of Performance Chemicals, playing a pivotal role in driving growth. Torsten was then appointed Vice President of Pine Chemicals Marketing, using his skills to create efficient marketing initiatives. In 2022 he was appointed to Vice President of Commercial.
With an extensive career spanning over 31 years, Torsten brings a wealth of experience in various fields, including engineering, operations, and strategy. He has a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Martin-Luther University Halle-Wittenberg in Germany and attended TU Dresden & Institute of Fluid Dynamics Chemnitz.
As the newly appointed President of the Polymers business, he is well-equipped to lead the organization forward, drive innovation, and foster continued growth in the industry.

PINE CHEMICALS PRESIDENT
Minco is a highly qualified finance and corporate growth expert who has been a part of the Kraton team since 2011, initially joining as the Director of Finance for Pine Chemicals. Minco has held senior positions in Finance, Corporate Development, Procurement, Strategic Product Management, and Raw Materials at Kraton. His education and diverse expertise provide a comprehensive understanding of company operations and a well-rounded business perspective.
In his most recent role as the Vice President of Procurement and Supply Chain, Minco demonstrated his ability to optimize processes, streamline operations, and drive efficiencies across the supply chain.
Additionally, Minco’s tenure at industry leaders like Unilever and Shell enriched his leadership abilities, strategic decision-making, and organizational management skills.
Minco holds an MBA in economics and accounting from Maastricht University, enabling him to apply a robust analytical approach for sustainable business growth.
As the newly appointed President of the business, Minco’s comprehensive understanding of Kraton’s operations, strong financial background, and leadership skills position him well to lead the organization forward.
CHRISTOPHER B. GINGRICH
POLYMERS CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Mr. Gingrich was appointed Kraton Vice President & Chief Financial Officer in 2022, while also serving as Chief Accounting Officer from December 2020. Mr. Gingrich joined Kraton in 2010 as a Senior Accountant and has since held several leadership roles within the company including Assistant Controller. Before Kraton, Mr. Gingrich worked in public accounting in roles of increasing complexity with both Deloitte and Arthur Andersen.
Mr. Gingrich earned a B.A. degree in Business Administration from Sam Houston State University and an M.S. degree in Accounting from the University of Houston. Mr. Gingrich is a certified public accountant.
KORY COX
PINE CHEMICALS CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Mr. Cox was appointed Kraton Chief Finance Officer in 2022. Mr. Cox joined Kraton in May 2017 as a Chemical Segment Director and served most recently as a Sr. Director of Corporate FP&A from June 2021. Mr. Cox has over 30 years of experience within the oil & gas and petrochemical industry serving in various finance capacities. He started his career in public accounting at both Ernst & Young and Price Waterhouse Coopers.
Mr. Cox earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Houston.
SHANE BROOMALL
CHIEF HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER
Mr. Broomall was appointed Kraton Vice President, and Chief Human Resources Officer in 2022. In his role, Mr. Broomall is responsible for leading Kraton’s overall human resources strategy, organizational design, global talent acquisition, diversity and inclusion, employee education and development, compensation and benefits, and HR operations for Kraton. Prior to serving in this role, Mr. Broomall led multiple HR functions within Kraton since 2015, including his most recent appointment as Senior Director of Human Resources and Total Rewards. Before Kraton, Mr. Broomall held several HR leadership positions at Cemex, Inc. and Mueller Company.
Mr. Broomall has a BA in Psychology from the University of West Florida and is a Certified Labor Relations Leader from Michigan State University.
PEDRO LOPES
CHIEF SUSTAINABILITY & STRATEGY OFFICER
Mr. Lopes was appointed Chief Sustainability Officer in 2022. Mr. Lopes is responsible for the organization’s sustainability strategy, direction, and initiatives. Mr. Lopes has held multiple leadership positions in the organization since 2004, most recently serving as the Senior Director for the EMEA Commercial organization.
Mr. Lopes has a MBA with Distinction from the Imperial College London Business School and holds a Master’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from the Instítuto Superior Técnico in Portugal.
ROGIER ROELEN
GENERAL COUNSEL
Rogier Roelen was appointed Kraton General Counsel and Company Secretary in 2022. Mr. Roelen joined Kraton in July 2019 as Head of Legal for EMEA & APAC. Prior to Kraton, Mr. Roelen served in a number of roles with increasing responsibilities in the legal department of AkzoNobel, including leadership roles in Asia, North America, and Europe. Previously, he was an associate with Dutch law firm AKD, handling a wide range of corporate, M&A, regulatory, and compliance matters.
Mr. Roelen earned an M.A./ J.D. degree from the Erasmus University in Rotterdam, the Netherlands.

VICE PRESIDENT, COMMUNICATIONS
Ms. Boyd is the Vice President, Communications for Kraton, with responsibility for leading the company’s global integrated communications, marketing. In this role, Kristen protects and strengthens Kraton’s reputation by guiding external, internal, executive and digital communications, strategic marketing, and branding. Kristen has more than 22 years’ experience in a variety of leadership roles.
Ms. Boyd earned a B.A. in Business from Letourneau University.

Appointed as Kraton’s Chief Financial Officer in 2023, Eun-Mi Kim embodies a unique blend of strategic leadership and financial expertise. With a rich history at DuPont, she navigated a spectrum of leadership positions in both finance and business operations. Ms. Kim’s career at DuPont showcases her strategic and financial expertise, with roles like Vice President of Finance Transformation and CFO of the Transportation & Industrial segment.
Ms. Kim holds an MBA in International Finance Management from Sogang University and completed her undergraduate studies at Dankook University.
